1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Reskoped ("the Service"), operated by Akshat Sharma (sole proprietor), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reskoped is an AI-powered tool that helps software engineers tailor their resumes to specific job descriptions. The Service analyzes job postings and generates customized resume content based on your profile.
3. Accounts
- You must sign in with a valid GitHub or Google account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate profile information. The quality of generated resumes depends on the accuracy of your input.
- One account per person. Shared or automated accounts are not permitted.
4. Pricing and payments
- Free tier: 3 resume generations per month at no cost.
- Credits: One-time purchase of 20 generation credits ($6). Credits never expire.
- Pro: Monthly subscription ($12/month) with up to 100 generations per billing period. Cancel any time.
- All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated information in your profile (your resume content should truthfully represent your experience).
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of the provided interface.
- Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service.
6. AI-generated content
- Generated resumes are produced by AI and should be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content.
- We do not guarantee that a generated resume will result in interviews or job offers.
- You own the content you input (your profile data) and the resumes generated from it. We retain a license to store and process this data to provide the Service.
7. Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reskoped and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but sections that by their nature should survive (liability, disputes) will remain in effect.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
